I hate summer job hunting.

In site news: I have three new wonderful affiliates. Ashley's site is finally back online (<3), reincarnated as an .org rather than a .net, so you should visit her at Discoisdead. My second new one is Rafa (my love) from Hypnotic. And my third is Mandie, from Whisper Wars. They are all FANTASTIC, go visit them!

Hey guys! *wave*
So my family is replacing our chimney today and tomorrow. And, in order to do so, we had to clear out a little of our attic (which, I've never been in before in my life, and I've lived in this house all my life...), well, the few feet in front of our chimney, so the guys could get in a replace the bricks- which they're doing tomorrow morning at 7am. I'm rambling. Sorry.

WELL. We moved out two, extremely water damaged, boxes filled with vinyl records. My parents planned to throw them out so I have obtained permission to tear the cases apart. I'm scanning a handful of moldy, water damaged record cover... things... Wow, for all the time I've felt old in the past year, I feel like a baby right now because I don't know the terminology for records. They all have pretty similar wear patterns- being record cases (a lot of dirt and wear has gathered around the outer edges of where the records are within the cases) but the colors are very vibrant (although my scanner will probably murder the color... gr). So, my next update will be when those are scanned in.

It took way to long for me to return. But school-work is my top priority and this site doesn't fall within that category. Unfortunately. And this layout was the ... fifth layout I designed for the reopening, I'm incredibly satisfied with it. It's probably the first design I've finished since November 2007 that I've fallen in love with.

I need to direct all of your attention I still have (I can wait) to my beautiful new host, Ali. Ali and I met in December, on lights mb and she offered to host me. So yes, I have been sitting on these updates, and this complete, redoing everything from scratch (because I had too, new host!), since New Years. I needed the break.

Right now, all that's really NEW are the previews, the layout, this great resource directory page. Oh, and shadowbox (which is a JERK).

I'll be adding new materials up as I finish the previews, but I couldn't wait any longer, and FINALLY have all the pages I needed back up for the site to be functional. Now, after I said that, if you run into any problems, any blank pages or missing pages TELL ME IN THE COMMENT BOX. I'm going to be testing links for the next week or so, but if you find one, tell me so I can fix it asap.

The extras page has a coming soon blurb in it, but it will be up and running asap.
